Jacobs father owned his own catering business in Baltimore, MD as his Mother was over certain regions in the United States overseeing the Dietary sections in Healthcare. Jacob graduated from a Vo-technical school in Culinary Arts, then proceeded to Graduate from Johnson and Wale with his A.A in Culinary Arts, then to further his education he attended University of Central Florida for his B.S in Restaurant Management. In the Career field Jacob has been in every position from Bus-Boy all the way to General Manager. Normally these operations take place in scratch kitchens with attention to detail in an upper scale atmosphere from all the way North in Rhode Island, Texas, to Florida. Jacob believes Hospitality runs in his blood, as his ambition grows more and more each year; Jacob hopes to be a Multi- Unit Entrepreneur and to support the hospitality industry as the future comes.
“Greatness comes by doing a few small and smart things each and every day. Comes from taking little steps, consistently. Comes from making a few small chips against everything in you professional and personal life that is ordinary, so that a day eventually arrives when all that is left is THE EXTRAORDINARY”Robin S.
