William is a Culinary and Business graduate from Johnson and Wales University. His passion for food, fitness and helping others has been a driving factor in pursuing a career in hospitality. He started his journey in Rhode Island and made a pit stop in Louisiana before finally settling down in Florida. His love for food came from his passion at the gym and his desire to be able to put his best self first. William quickly learned the benefits of a healthier lifestyle with not only his physical appearance but his mental and emotional one as well. Since transitioning to this lifestyle, William has taken the steps to highlight the benefits of a cleaner lifestyle. With the founding of Halo Project, William is looking to change the way people look at sustainable eating.

Best food truck in South Florida by far! I’ve eaten from Halo about 4 times and each time have tried something new. Everything tastes fresh and delicious and the service is impeccable. He also posts his schedule ahead of time on his instagram to ensure all his customers can find him in their area. 10/10 would recommend.

Sold me a flat soda and would not exchange it even tho it kinda open and leaking. The food was cold and rushed the lady used her hand to with no gloves on to rub seasoning on tortilla shells. Will never visit this place again and I advice you all not to also
